The documented requirement was a single place for a founder to understand company and project status, identify blocked work and decide what needed attention next. The workflow also needed to distinguish a proposed change, completed development work and a released result, with explicit decisions at each stage.
The solution combines a web workspace with a native iPhone app around a company-first structure. Companies remain visible even when they have no software projects. Projects bring together status, tasks and review context, while shared conversations let the founder ask questions about selected work. Coding requests follow a separate approval and review process.
The founder starts with the overview, opens a project needing attention and reviews its latest recorded progress. A contextual question helps inspect the available information. If a code change is needed, the founder reviews and approves a concrete work request. When the result is ready, the founder accepts it or returns it for changes. Publication and deployment require their own decisions.
The implemented workspace gives the founder a connected way to review information, coordinate development and retain control of release decisions across web and iPhone.
- See what needs attention: Review company and project summaries, recent updates and work awaiting a decision.
- Understand available business figures: On iPhone, inspect imported summaries with reporting periods, currencies and source information; missing figures remain explicitly unavailable.
- Follow operational activity: Review imported production order details, brief history and detected changes where a production source is connected.
- Ask contextual questions: Use shared text and English voice conversations linked to a company or project.
- Oversee development work: Approve a defined coding request, review its result and make separate publication and deployment decisions.
- Keep delivery evidence: Inspect recorded tasks, attempts and review information without treating task completion as proof of release.
